Beating West Ham 3-1 plus Dennis’ goal on “Bergkamp Day”

15 April 2006: The match was nominated by the club as “Bergkamp Day”.  Bergkamp himself was a sub. The score was Arsenal 3 WBA 1.  Hleb got the first, Bergkamp set up Pirès for the second and the third was scored by… Dennis Bergkamp on 89 minutes.  Arsenal won 3-1

24 April 2002: Arsenal beat WHU, the video

The aim of this series is to bring a video of an Arsenal victory for every day of the year – but 14 April is one of those days where there simply are few Arsenal victories and none that still have a video available. So I’ve cheated and jumped forward 10 days.

I don’t have a video of a match on this day, but we did play Blackpool in 2011 on this day, and so here is another Blackpool game – this from the league cup in October 2018.
