Original club annoucement:
The UK Government has announced that, subject to parliamentary approval, its ‘COVID-19 Autumn and Winter Plan B’ will now be implemented which means any venue with a capacity of at least 10,000 must now ensure attendees have COVID certification in the form of a valid COVID Pass or proof (text/email confirmation) of a negative lateral flow/PCR test taken within 48 hours of the fixture. Please note, these measures will apply from our match against West Ham on Wednesday 15 December. Under these new measures, we are required by UK Government to ensure that: |
• All match attendees aged 18 and over declare their COVID status before attending Emirates Stadium • All match attendees aged 18 and over must bring a valid COVID Pass or proof of a negative lateral flow/PCR test taken within 48 hours before the fixture to Emirates Stadium, and be prepared to show it when asked • All match attendees who are unable to show a valid COVID Pass (provided they do not have an exemption pass) or proof of a negative lateral flow/PCR test are refused entry to Emirates Stadium |
Ensuring our fans are safe and keeping Emirates Stadium open are our top priorities. In line with Premier League requirements, all Season Ticket Holders must make a declaration of their COVID status. The deadline to submit the declaration before the West Ham fixture is 5pm on Wednesday 15 December. Once submitted, for season ticket holders, this declaration will apply for the rest of this season. |
