Since we published these results (below), we’ve forwarded a summary of your views to the club for their response. They have asked for more information on issues surrounding atmosphere and the Foodbank,. Separately, we are engaged in discussions around ticketing (amongst others) where we are using the feedback you gave us in the survey to argue important points. See? Your views are important!!

THE RESULTS

We asked you a set of questions about ticketing and other issues and we had a tremendous response – and with a great diversity of opinions. We’ve gone through everybody’s comments and present below a summary of what you said.

What next? The club has already asked for your thoughts on ‘atmosphere’ (which was the initial starting point before the ticketing and Family Enclosure issues arose) and we intend to follow up with them the general issues you raised across the survey, and we’ll also try to get answers to some of the specific questions you had.
