We have already raised with them issues including digital ticketing, ticket transfers and exchanges and red and silver memberships. As soon as we have news, we’ll report back to you.

An evening with Ray Parlour – and demonstrating the Peronibomb!
We thought you’d like to see our pictures of the evening. Ray reported back to us,
“Really enjoyed the night. Hope everyone enjoyed themselves”
We hoped you did, too.
We are working on new events, so pop back here from time to time, and we’ll update you, along with anything else we’d like to share with members only.
And if you want to see Ray downing a Peronibomb, click here!

Our recent members’ survey on ticketing
We conducted a survey with you a while back and here’s what you said. We have submitted all your responses to the club.
In summary, as 67% of the respondents were Gold members, the question about access to tickets did not get the response that we know we’d get from Silver and Red members. But we also know there’s a problem, and as members of various groups (such as the Advisory Board, Fans’ Forum and Ticketing subgroup) we are working with the club to improve what the Silvers and Reds are getting. We do expect an announcement soon.
Ticket Exchange is not used by almost half of you, and it’s another one that we’re urging the club to clarify and simplify.
Family sharing is done by a huge majority of you, and we are pleased to make the club aware of this. We don’t think they are fully aware of the amount of casual swapping that goes on. This may be becoming an issue as they want to know exactly who is in each seat. Ticket Transfer needs to be modified and simplified so that this can work. Again, the club knows this and it’s being discussed.
The responses to Anti-social behaviour are good and bad. It’s encouraging that few of us have witnessed it, but alarming that where issues have arisen, so few of us feel confident in how to deal with it. We have given all the comments to the club and hope they will draw some conclusions on how to change that – or how to give us confidence about making complaints.
The Terms and conditions answers we find very worrying. We support all anti-touting measures. But we know of cases where a member’s ticket and membership has been withdrawn because someone else used their ticket (ending up in the hands of touts). The defence has been it started as an innocent ticket swap or loan, but that is not permitted in the small print of ticket terms and conditions. We are lobbying hard for the club to make clear what is permitted and what isn’t. There has been some communication on this, but we feel it needs to be spelt out very clearly what the policy is, and the penalties for transgression.
As things develop, we’ll report back. meantime, here are the full survey results.
